We can't remember for sure, but this is probably the 25th time that the restaurant has been transformed into a balloon wonderland for New Year's Eve. It takes a lot of hot air to get over 3,000 of those things floating for a few hours. But how sad yet strangely pretty they look the next day.
So here we go with another year crammed with excitement.
